USA Archery (USAA) is the sanctioning body of the United States Archery Team (USAT) which represents the United States in international competition, and it’s also the sanctioning body for all collegiate archery competition.

USAA’s Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) and Adult Archery Program give archers of all ages the opportunity to progress in the sport at their own pace and measure progress through achievement awards. Additionally, JOAD and Adult USA Archery members can compete in local, state, and national USA Archery tournaments.

To join the Arrow Dynamic Archery JOAD & Adult USA Archery Club:

  1. Become a USA Archery Member – select the membership level that is best for you and/or your family. Note that current S3DA members are eligible for a free one-year trial membership. Contact if you need assistance determining the best option for you.
  2. Fill out this membership form and return it with payment ($75/person or $150/family) to the Arrow Dynamics Pro Shop. These annual club dues cover the cost of all achievement awards and the administration of monthly pin tournaments and quarterly Virtual Tournaments.
    • PIN TOURNAMENTS – Arrow Dynamics will hold monthly pin tournaments to give club members an opportunity to earn achievement awards. There is no entry fee for these tournaments.
    • VIRTUAL TOURNAMENTS – Arrow Dynamics will hold USA Archery Virtual Tournaments for all club members. These are in-person tournaments where you shoot locally but compete nationally. We will hold one per quarter in compliance with USAA rules and requirements (Q1 & Q4 indoor, Q2 & Q3 outdoor target). A $10 entry fee per archer per division is paid directly to USA Archery. Additionally, groups of three archers of the same gender and equipment class can enter for $15 per team.
    • JOAD/USAA EVENTS – All club members are eligible to compete in local, state, and national USA Archery sanctioned events. Being competitive in USA Archery events can qualify archers for additional high performance opportunities including Regional Elite Development teams (ages 13-17), national ranking (ages 15+), and the United States Archery Team (ages 15+).
Sign-up now for a 2021 membership! Pin tournaments will begin in January.

Absolutely! We strongly encourage youth members to consider joining Team Arrow Dynamics where they will have the opportunity to participate in regular practices, build friendships, and compete for college scholarships.

No. All skill levels can join, from beginner to elite athlete. While we encourage youth archers to join Team Arrow Dynamics and recommend archers of all ages and skill levels to consider classes or private coaching to help them progress in the sport, these are not requirements. For those who are simply looking for the opportunity to earn achievement awards and participate in USA Archery  sanctioned events (as many or as few as you wish), you are welcome to join the club!

The JOAD/Adult USAA jerseys are exactly the same as Team Arrow Dynamics jerseys. Those who wish to have one but are not on the team can purchase them.
